Hellwig Sway Bar number 7457. Fits '75-'86 E100/150 and '76-'88 E250 per Hellwig's site.
One urethane bushing is cracked but still functions, see pics. Fits in front of the axle and over the pinion. Clamps to the frame. $250 on line for a new one or buy mine now! Price is lowered to $95 OBO.
