Unveiled yesterday at the Dallas Auto Show, this concept truck does have a few interesting things that we’d like to see available on trucks in the future.
Specialty edition trucks are common to Texas. Drive on any Texas freeway and you’ll see Texas Edition this, and King Ranch that.

There are even regional special editions you might never have even heard of. Texas is the largest truck market in the country, and the manufacturers cater to that every way they can.
The coolest thing worth mentioning on this truck though is what’s in the center console. There is a metal locking box that is protected by a combination lock. Things of value can be stored there, but we’re seeing it as a good way to lock up a firearm in the vehicle.
Based on the dimensions we acquired from FCA (300 x 180 x 160), you can’t fit a full-size iPad in there, but the iPad mini would totally be fair game.
