Park This F-250 Bigfoot Special Edition in Your Driveway
My first set of wheels was a 1989 Ford F-150 long bed, single cab with the 302 V8 under the hood. That truck ferried me anywhere I asked it to, and it did so with gallons of oozy torque and an unmistakable style. I loved it dearly, but it was far from the coolest F-150 on the road. What I really wanted was a Bigfoot cruiser.
Sold as a special edition model to celebrate the sponsorship of the Bigfoot monster truck. It was built on the F-250 chassis, and it came with a whole host of upgrades. With only 300 ever made, this truck is hard to find, but if you have a pocket full of cash you can get one today for a relatively decent price.
The truck is being offered for sale on Hemmings.com right now, and according to the posting this truck is equipped with the 460 ci engine, automatic transmission, all power equipment, working A/C and the whole shebang only has 8300 miles showing on the odometer.
I can tell you that if I had $25k to blow on a truck, I would be staring at the set of keys to a Bigfoot rig faster than you could yell, “Sunday, Sunday, SUNDAY!!”
Here is the auction link if you feel frisky.
