Few things scream ‘Murica! more than a good ‘ole diesel truck drag race. Thankfully, now you can enjoy 12 minutes of some of the best diesel truck-racing you’ve ever seen.
This rocking video by, Motor Trend Channel, brings you the 1/4-Mile Drag Race – Diesel Power Challenge 2016. Here you’ll witness various early and late model Ford Super Duty trucks, and even a couple of F-150 diesel transplants race each other to win a coveted purse. Needless to say, watching a big ‘ole Ford truck beat the lights out of a Chevy or Ram truck is quite awesome.
According to Motor Trend, the weeklong torture test that features six competitive events, 10 trucks, and 16,438 combined horsepower and torque at the rear wheels. Cummins, Duramax, and Power Stroke-powered trucks will get pushed well beyond their limits in this search for the ultimate diesel truck and driver.
