Is This the Nicest 1990 F-250 Out There?
80’s and 90’s model F Series trucks haven’t exactly become collectors items like their older brethren, at least not yet.
Remember when Flareside pickups were the coolest on the block? A carryover styling exercise from the 40’s and 50’s, those bulged out fenders looked cool but sacrificed precious bed space.
If you’re in the market for a vintage Ford F-150 pickup truck, and you have a rather sizable budget, then this could literally be one of the cleanest and most original used trucks we’ve ever come across. No joke.
Ford built the F-250 XLT you see here for the 1993 model year. Shortly after that, this truck seldom left a barn for 20 years. However, it did manage to interact with the livestock around its home of two decades.
The ride is a 1983 Ford F-150, and it’s actually in pretty decent shape. It runs and drives, but still needs a bit of “TLC” to get it where it needs to be for inspection!
