The 2004 Ford Super Duty F250 adds the Harley Davidson edition to the lineup. Major changes from last year include a power sliding rear window for SuperCab and CrewCab models, new comfort and usability features for the XLT and Lariat models, new interior and exterior looks for Lariat models, and three additional exterior colors for all 2004 F250 pickups.

2004 F250 Lariat and XLT pickups include a 60/40 rear bench seat with hooks to hang things, receptacles for cups, and head restraints as standard features. Lariat model colors are a black/arizona beige two-tone exterior and medium parchment interior.

2004 Ford Super Duty F250 pickups are available in arizona beige, basic black, silver, chestnut metallic, dark green satin, toreador red, estate green, wedgewood blue, oxford white, and true blue. Transmission options include rear-wheel or 4-wheel drive.

A 5.4L 260hp 16-valve gas engine with Sequential Electronic Fuel Injection and producing 350 ft lbs of torque @ 2500 rpm is standard with all rear-wheel and 4-wheel drive 2004 Ford Super Duty F250 pickups. Optional engines include a 6.8L 310hp 20-valve gas engine with Sequential Electronic Fuel Injection—producing 425 ft lbs of torque @ 3250 rpm; and a 6.0L 325hp 32-valve diesel engine with Electronic Fuel Injection—producing 560 ft lbs of torque @ 2000 rpm.

Transmissions offered include a 6-speed manual overdrive transmission as standard, or the optional 5-speed automatic or 4-speed manual overdrive transmission.

Other standard equipment with all 2004 F250’s include a radio, ABS brakes, air bags for driver and passenger, pickup cargo box light, tachometer and towing prep package. XLT and Lariat models include cruise control, tilt steering, tilt steering column, and CD player. Lariat pickups have fog lights, alloy wheels, driver multi-adjustable power seat, and leather steering wheel.
