78 Bronco: Headlight Relay System

By Erik Marquez

Here you will find a short write up on a relay system I built for my 78 Bronco. I found that I had 11.5 volts at the head lights before I built and installed this system, after installation, I now have full alternator output, or up to 14.6 volts. While this may lessen the life of my head lights, the increased light output is well worth it. I have been using this setup for many years, and really find no increase in the replacement of headlights. Take a look at the write up and if you have any questions, feel free to drop me a note.
