The 2007 Ford Super Duty F250 includes a series of additions to make Lariat trims more distinct with the Highline Edition for Lariat SuperCab trims. The Harley-Davidson Edition has a few new colors to choose from, including black with blue flames, blue with black flames, and dark stone with black flames. They added tilt steering as an option in XL trims, along with a split bench seat and the option for features like power door locks, power front side windows and fold away power mirrors.

Standard equipment in all 2007 F250 trucks includes towing prep package, full size spare tire, interval wipers, pickup cargo box light, front air dam, radio, ABS brakes, tachometer, and air bags to protect driver and passenger, and locking pickup truck tailgate. Standard equipment in 2007 Ford Super Duty F250 Lariat trims includes body side/cab step or running board, alloy wheels, keyless entry (remote lock/unlock), fog lights, driver multi-adjustable power seat, and automatic headlights.

The 2007 F250 is available in arizona beige, basic black, silver metallic, dark copper, dark green satin, dark shadow green, dark stone, dark toreador red, wedgewood blue, oxford white, red and true blue. Optional with all 2007 F250 models are cargo area cover, cargo net, load bearing exterior rack, pickup truck bed liner, tow hitch receiver, limited slip differential or axle, electronic parking aid, CD changer, daylight running lights, skid plate, and mud guards. Optional features in all but XL trims are adjustable foot pedals, heated exterior mirror, and privacy glass or deep tinted glass. Optional equipment for all Lariat models includes a power or manual sunroof/moon roof.

A 5.4 L 300 hp 24-valve gas engine producing 365 ft lbs of torque @ 3750 rpm is standard with all 2007 F250 trims. There are two optional engines available for all trims; a 6.0 L 325 hp 32-valve diesel engine producing 570 ft lbs of torque @ 2000 rpm and a 6.8 L 362 hp 30-valve gas engine producing 457 ft lbs of torque @ 3250 rpm.

A 6-speed manual overdrive transmission is standard equipment with all 2007 Ford Super Duty F250 pickups, with the option for a 5-speed TorqShift automatic overdrive transmission in all models.
