Subject: Rotate Tires

I'm ready to rotate the tires on my 1999.5 F350 with aluminum rims. I looked
at the directions for changing tires, then looked at that plastic cap in the
center of the rim. According to the directions it looks to me like you will
scratch or gouge the aluminum rim. Any secrets on how to get that center
plastic piece off without damaging the aluminum rim?
