the installed price at Ford was  $7960.97 and then $1440.00  was returned
for the core charge. I am in Canada so the numbers might look a little
different to you

I can tell you that I have a 98 F150 4.6 and the dipstick is wrong and ford
needs to do a recall ... the stick will show low at 5 and 6 quarts........
so do not go by the dipstick
I also have a 250 PSD and I have had no probs with the oil reading on it
