*I am using the 50HP chip in my truck with no other changes to the truck, just a K&N filter.
*The 65HP chip the service engine light will come on regularly, I've seen this on an other PSD.
*And the 100HP chip is not recommend for the average users.

What modifications did you do to the air intake box? I have not seen any
part numbers from K&N for my 97 PSD. Is your gibson exhaust from the
coverter back ?
