Stephen Bozzone asked

"What sort of climate are you living in for the winter?  Is it too cold for
15w-50?"

Nah.
In fact, the climate is mild: San Francisco Bay Area; it rarely goes below
38 degrees. Been here since '71. It snowed once: everyone freaked out.  Went
down to 22 for a coupla days; peoples' pipes froze. Plumbers did well. Were
you thinking about Mobil 1 15w50?

Richard

I have 15w-50 in my 2.9 as suggested to me for the summer.  As it is getting
colder i'm gonna switch back to 10w-30 (still mobil 1).

Regards,
Steve

I won't go into details, but I'm asking all the Ford Truck
Enthusiasts list members to please visit the main page of
the site (www.ford-trucks.com) and click on the "Scooter"
link above the opening paragraph.  Trust me, this one
deserves your attention and a couple of minutes of your time
to view.
