I spend a fair bit of time on the offroad board there.  REALLY good tech info, and a lot of support.
I considered the same setup, but I have since ditched the whole computer, so a 302 is more what I'm planning for Broncenstein.

I found a site that tells how to convert it using the fuel injection system
from the rear wheel drive 3.8's. Please check out this site and let me know.

Sounds like it would work OK; a fair amount of work, but nothing too major.
Depending on your local emissions testing/requirements it could be a better
choice than 4-Bbl conversion or the 5.0 swap.  I'd still be tempted to drop in
a bit of a cam while I was there, but that's just me.  :-)
