Keep in mind that you will need to overcome some hesitance and people being dismissive on Ford's part. Typically dealers are very willing to help their customers. Thus when someone has to contact them directly they usually end up dealing with someone with unrealistic expectations that a dealer has given up on. This can make it a little tough at first to get them to listen to your problem when there is a valid issue.
