The light goes off when , after checking all of your emmissions components ;) you reset the relay that is located behind the glove box on the upper right corner. With the key off, stick a small phillips head screw driver into the reset hole until you feel a slight click. It is very slight click and you might miss it, so don't jam the screwdriver into it. If the relay does not reset you can disconnect it. I did approximately 15K miles ago and haven't had any problems since. Hope this helps. - ---"DuPont, Patrick" wrote: > > Hello, > Can anyone direct me in locating the EGR valve on my '87 Bronco II? I want to compile a list of all FTE people in the Kentucky area. The reason is that I want to get as many of us together as possible to form a club that would be associated with the Ford Truck Enthusiasts website. This would be a dues-paying club with 2 primary purposes: 1. To give us all an excuse to get together and talk about our trucks 2. To help support this web site we all enjoy. I am not saying I want to preside over such a club, but I know there has to be more than just me and Ken Laffoon here in the Bluegrass that own, drive, and love their Ford truck(s) enough to be associated with this website. Let's get together and hash it out, and do something that looks vaguely organized. - -- Don Neighbors '54 F250 Named Grover "Any dropped tool or part will automatically fall into the most innaccesible part of the vehicle." grover == FTE: Uns*bscribe and posting info www.ford-trucks.com/faq.html ------------------------------ End of small-list-digest V2 #237 ******************************** +- Ford Truck Enthusiasts - Ranger, Explorer, Bronco 2 and Aerostar --+ | Send posts to small-list To access the rest of this feature you must be a logged in Registered User Of Ford Truck Enthusiasts
