I have hooked up the power and shock sensors and it works but I am having trouble with the power lock hookups and the hookups for current sensing when the dome light goes on. I tried hooking up to the drivers pin switch and this must not be connected with the others? because the alarm will only trigger when THAT door is opened. If anyone has installed their own alarm I would appreciate any advise or info. Face it, the older switches are old and they're prone to _sometimes_ not work... I helped several friends install alarms and the ones who did it _right_ (also soldered the wires not clipped, and used copious amts of nylon ties to bundle and secure all wire runs) are the ones who _trust_ their alarm when it goes off is _really_ someone breaking in not just the aligment of the stars is wrong... I don't help debug "crap" install systems either... to much of a pain in the My $0.02 :-) == FTE: Uns*bscribe and posting info www.ford-trucks.com/faq.html ------------------------------ End of small-list-digest V2 #208 ******************************** +- Ford Truck Enthusiasts - Ranger, Explorer, Bronco 2 and Aerostar --+ | Send posts to small-list To access the rest of this feature you must be a logged in Registered User Of Ford Truck Enthusiasts
