Here's what happened to me. Maybe this will make you feel better.
I bought my '96 Ranger in Dec, '95 (brand new). In January '96 the radiator
started leaking. They replaced it. In February '96 the radiator started
leaking. They replaced it. In March '96 the radiator started leaking. They
replaced it. That radiator has lasted 2 yrs. and 2 months now without any
problems.
I called the 800 number at Ford twice during this ordeal. They didn't do
anything that I'm aware of except listen to me talk and say something like
"we'll get right on it.
Hang in there. Let us know the results.
Ron

I must say that I have only had 3 problems with my 92 ranger.
Now with 130,000 miles.
tires. replaced at 92,000 miles. still have not put brakes on it.

problems:

1. ran out of gas once.
2. left the headlight on and run the battery down
3 ran over a nail and had a flat.

the 90 chevy I left at the dealer on the 18th time in for the same
thing. ( I just WALKED away from it and refuse to get it)
Chevy at I went round and round about that. I won.

the wife has a 92 aerostar mini van and no problem with
that. need I say that the next (this fall) will again be FORD.

Need a quick informal poll of who (of the people going to the
F100 Supernationals) would be interested in meeting Sunday
morning (16th) for a breakfast before everyone leaves the
show? Everyone would bring their own stuff, perhaps stop at
McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts. Gary Bowling, one of the 61-79
list members, may be able to get us a pavillion on Sunday
morning. If we can get enough people interested (10+) then
we'll do it. How does a 9:00am get-together sound?

Correction on the Pigeon Forge Pavillion time: it would be
8:00am till whenever. No need to be there promptly at 8 if
you're sleeply.
