ken , unfortunately i dont have any way to send in the winning design .
ha ha . but i would like to submit an idea . i think the most recognized
ford truck symbol is the gear and lightning bolt . this could be the
center piece for the design with "ford truck enthusiast" in a circle
around it using left ,
top and right sides only leaving the bottom blank .ithink this would
make a very distinct logo for the group . or you could use a "ford" logo
for a center piece with "truck" across the top and "entusiast" across
the bottom . if you could draw these up for my submissions it would be
greatly appreciated as i am unable to do this with my web tv . if you
dont have time i understand . thanks for listening to my ideas .

HELP---
I have a 91 Explorer that has gas in the oil. This is not a good thing. Symptoms
that lead up to this are as follows:
1. Vehicle starting running warmer than normal at highway speeds. Temperature
ok at 55 mph an lower.
2. Gas mileage went down to 12 mpg at highway speeds.
3. Power has dropped off some but not substantially.
4. Carbon canister reaks of gas. No liquid inside.

Things I have done to isolate the problem.
1. Changed entire cooling system, water pump, hoses, thermostat, radiator upgrade
to a 2 row heavy duty, temperature sensors (guage and ect). Runs cooler at highway
speeds but still up from where it used to be.
2. Changed plugs of which 3 were somewhat fouled and 3 looked good. Good and
fouled were mixed on each side.
3. Checked engine codes and get 11's on all tests which says either the engine is fine
or the computer is lying to me.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone can list all the possible cause
of gas getting into the oil, I would be pleased to get the list.

gas in the oil and canister , along with a loss in fuel mileage , sounds
like excessive fuel pressure . check pressure at the fuel rail . could
be a bad fuel pressure regulator or a bad fuel pump . hope this helps .

Hi All
Does anyone know how to remove the interior of the door so that you can pop a crease out of the door panel easily ? Some ! #$ !!# used my truck as a leaning post in the parking-lot and pushed the door panel in right where a crease is. I know it will be easy to pop out because I can 'move' the dent in the panel, its just that I can't pop it out from the out-side...

For some reason there is too much gasoline being delivered to the engine
and the raw fuel is being pushed past the rings into the crankcase. I
have never had this problem in a fuel injected engine but have on a
carburated engine so I don't have an easy fix for you but this should
narrow the search down a bunch. Things that I would suspect are too much
fuel pressure (maybe bad regulator), incorrect signal to the regulator
(probably not, no error codes). I have never even thought of where the
regulator might be so I don't know how easy they are to change, but
unless you want to set up a fuel pressure gauge and check it right then I
would just change the regulator and hope for the best. Just keep in mind
everything that tells the regulator how much pressure it should have,
vacuum signal, throttle position, etc.

sound more like a fuel injector is staying open, a local ford dealer can
tell this by running a fuel injetr test on sbds, this test can tell what
injector is doing
