In the course of doing some maintenance on the list I removed
my email address from the digest list a few days ago. I wasn't
aware of this until tonight.

If anyone has digests 50-57, please forward me copies. I need

Hey i was wondering what would be the best cam/and setup (rockers,etc)
for my 96 2.3 ranger , also what would be any gains
HP, Torque, sound, etc. I don't know much about this (I have the racer
walsh catalogue and that is where i saw the parts)so I was curious, also

what would be a comprable price for this install and parts?? Thanx

Subject: Gas Mileage/power improvement

Hello to all,

I have a 97 ranger, 4.0L, 5 speed, extended cab. I'm considering a cat-bak
exhaust and a throttle body change. Has anybody done this, and what changed?
Don't want to hurt the mileage, 21 hwy, and am hoping for an increase.
Does anybody have any recommendations on throttle body size/availability?
Also should I change the mass air flow also?

Any help would be appreciated.
