Hello to all,
Thanks for the replies on the rough running V8. I took the front cover off last
nite and found the timing marks in the right place, but I have alot of play in
between the gears, I can move the cam gear alot. It measured about .065
space between the gears. I read in the shop manual that the gear lash is
supposed to be .002. Would this effect the motor enough to make it run rough
and not develop enough power>
