Don, if you have your recent copies, go back a few days.  I expressed my
dis-satisfaction with Old Air a few days ago here.  I am still unable to
heat my truck. Don't expect the a/c to be any better.

Subject: Steering boxes


Are the 53/56 steering boxes the same?  I always thought the box itself
was the same, but only the steering shaft was longer on the 53/55s, due
to interior configurations.

Does anyone know if the lifter/pushrod on the 53 Mercury/Ford V8 flathead is
hydraulic, or adjustable?
