Are the mounts the same and will the oil pan fit OK? I will be replacing the four speed on the 53 with a '49 three speed. I was contacted by a guy who wants to sell a 51 he inherited. It's a project truck that was left unfinished. Everything is there to complete the truck with the exception of engine/transmission/rear end. It has a Dodge Dynasty front clip. I have pictures of it and the body looks to be in good shape. The truck is in Buckley, WA (about 1 hour S.E. of Seattle) and the owner wants $700. Email me for pictures and/or contact info. Note: I have no connection to the seller. I'm just passing along information. ~Dan 1950 F1 351C--Not neglected and definitely not for sale. Persistence is futile. 1998 Explorer--With tires made in NC.
