FOUND IT! In the greater Seattle area the BEST place I have found to get any hubcap is Hubcap Annie. They have every possible hubcap you could want. I got a set of 4 15" baby moons, 2" deep, to fit over 10 1/8" clip-clip for $48 in August 99. Called down, they knew exactly what I wanted and had it waiting for me under the counter when I got there two hours later. No website, but phone is (206)365-4994 or 1-800-627-7880. For locals, they are at 3001 NE 127th St., one block west of Lake City. M-F 9-5, Sat 10-4, closed for lunch. They really helped me, hope they help someone else, too.
