Any ideas on what I should use? I am in the middle of restoring a 56 F-100 and as the result of this sight I have: -learned how to adjust my steering box -learned more about setting my drivetrain angles -went back to using argon shielding gas and regular wire on my mig welder (what a difference) -will probably use EZ wiring when I get to electrical work -decided to buy a roof for my truck instead of patching holes at front - probably other things I'm not remembering Thanks again, Erik Anton If anyone is interested , I know of 2 restorable 56 F-100's in Maryland, both are c***y powered. Also , If you are near sotheastern Pa. , I found a salvage yard with many 40's, 50's & 60's Ford trucks.e-mail me at (antone Erik 56 f-100 390 & 4-speed overdrive CCNmail for your free web-based e-mail. http://www.ford-trucks.com//lc/lc.php?action=do&link=http://www.ccnmail.com == FTE: Uns*bscribe and posting info http://www.ford-trucks.com/faq.html ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 28 Aug 1999 22:09:26 -0400 From: Paul Subject: FTE Pre61 - EZ wire I am glad to hear that EZ wire fixed that glitch with the radio in accessory position. I called them when I did my first one, in Feb or March, and they confirmed that my kit was up to spec, but they would consider changing (correcting?) that one and only glitch in the future. I guess it helps to call the manufacturers after all! Paul Gayda Under 9 months to PF. I hope the front grassy area is still open next year! == FTE: Uns*bscribe and posting info http://www.ford-trucks.com/faq.html ------------------------------ End of pre61-list-digest V3 #245 ******************************** +- Ford Truck Enthusiasts - 1948 - 1960 Trucks and vans --------------+ | Send posts to pre61-list To access the rest of this feature you must be a logged in Registered User Of Ford Truck Enthusiasts
