Has anyone out there ever installed a gear vendors
auxillary overdrive transmission to their origional
flathead, 3-speed manual setup?

The guys at gear vendors say this is the way to go to
achieve highway speeds without sacrificing
origionality or reliability. But, they are selling
the things.

Anyone have any experience with these units?

Subject: FTE Pre61 - Leaking headbolts on flathead v8

Mine leak even after re-torquing heads. My engine is rebuit about 10,000 miles
ago and does not have any washers under the bolts. Anyone have any experience
with using washers? What kind?

Hello, all.
I am looking to replace the gas tank in my '56 F-100. I want to install an
under-bed tank. Does anyone know of a good donor vehicle for a tank, or an
aftermarket unit? Any assistance is appreciated.
