I have a 3 speed from a 53 above the garage. I don't know if it would be the
same ot not. I can look at it to try and find any numbers if you want.

Subject: FTE Pre61 - Power Steering for a 55 F100

Has anyone used the power assisted ( ram )steering kit or the GM steering
box kit from Sacramento Vintage? I've seen a toyota 4 X 4 kit as well.

I currently have a GM column mated to a stock steering box.

I am keeping the stock front end and looking to modify it to power steering
but would like feedback on the different kits available and how easy they
were to install and how the steering feels.

Your comments/ experience please
