Subject: FTE Pre61 - Rear End

Can anyone tell me the width of a stock rear end from a 55 F100. I am
looking for the oal dimension face to face. I am putting in a 9 inch with
disc brakes and have two of them setting here. One is about 5 inches longer
then the other. It is going to be a few weeks before I can get up to my
truck to check and I would like to work on the 9 inch before then.

Subject: FTE Pre61 - door removal

I have been trying all this week to remove the door hinges from my 51 f-1
but I have been unable to get the pins out. They are frozen in one end of
the hinges and wont come out. I have been trying all kinds of ways but they
dont work. This is the last thing I have to do to remove the cab from the
frame.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
