Wagnor does not even make them anymore and I can not find any supplier except Dennis Carpenter in Charlotte, NC who wants $100 per drum. Your insight would be appreciated. Frank = >> I bought my front wheel cylinders from S&S Ford Car and Pickup Parts, Deposit, New York, 607-467-2929. They brought them to Carlisle for me, but you can order through their catalog, listed at $29.95 each, front and rear. I bought my rear cylinders recently from my closest real parts store, they had them in stock. Can't find the receipt right now, but I think they were around $35. == FTE: Uns*bscribe and posting info http://www.ford-trucks.com/faq.html ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 27 Nov 1998 16:29:51 +0000 From: Andy Montebello Subject: Re: FTE Pre61 - Used Auto Parts On-line My Sacramento Vintage Ford Catalog lists front brake drums Rears are also $85. I've been testing out the chat engine we used in the spring (the one that would hang up every 2-3 days). On the new server, it doesn't seem to have the hanging problems. 2-3 more days of testing and it will be online. This chat server doesn't use web server resources at all, unlike the one we've been using which hogs 1 web connection per user (which causes web visitors to wait for a web connection if they're all used up). I bought one a few years ago for my 54, all pre-drilled, you could finish it natural or upholster it if you wanted. Don't have the number right off hand, but he advertises in quite a few mags. Good Luck, Kevin == FTE: Uns*bscribe and posting info http://www.ford-trucks.com/faq.html ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 27 Nov 1998 22:38:34 +0000 From: Fred g 454 Subject: FTE Pre61 - 1958 F-100 While visiting relatives in northern michigan (not the UP) I found a '58 F-100 sitting in a yard becoming one with the earth. Noticed it ahd a nice wrap around rear glass, door handles, gauges. Most of the body looked rough (rusted), Hood might be OK anyone want more info? Thought I'd ask??
