He recently purchased and installed mono-leaf springs to lower the truck. Gonna be a hot rod. The springs lower the vehicle approximately 4". We are having trouble finding repacement shocks for the rear. Sitting height (length) of the old shocks, with new springs (and without the bed/fenders), is 13.75". Compressed length of new shocks would probably be 10 inches and extended length probably 16. (Best guesstimate. Hope I have described this properly.) Guys at auto-parts store are confused. Can't identify appropriate relacement. Any suggestions? thanks in advance.
