Thanks > Cody I had a (gasp) 66 Chevy pickup delivered from Oklahoma to Massachusetts last summer and the price is $600 for that trip. This is now the slow season and prices are a little lower. You might be able to get a package deal for the pair around $900. By the time you pay for gas and lose all that time it's probably easier to have them delivered, but hey I'm the guy who drove 1850 miles in a 54 Cabover pulling a 53 F-600. One other suggestion. Fly down, buy an older (say, early 80's) rust-free mainstream vehicle that is very easy to sell when you get home and tow them back with it. Trailers are more popular down there and cheaper due to supply and demand. I have done this a few times and made money on the trailers and "mules" every time. It's an adventure. I am having no luck in finding a passenger side ( optional when delivered ) seat for my otherwise complete '47 panel truck. I am willing to take frame and springs or anything close. P.S. I have a Fair ++ condition '47 pick-up for sale w V-8, 4 spd and original rear axle. Make me an offer so I can get the panel truck in the garage. Photos available.
