interested in seeing what each of the years looks like. The Hot link file

Subject: 302 In 51
Hello to all and thanks for all the help,
I am in the process of putting a 302 in my 1951 f-1. I am using a
universal motor mount and trans mount. Has anyone had to cut part of the
frame on the passenger side to get it in and doesn;t that put the motor
over to the passenger side of the compartment??? I am having much
difficulty getting this thing in there. Where should the crossmember on
the new motor mount be located, in front or in back of the I beam???
Thanks to all in advance. (I am using an AOD and the bell housing seems
to hit the firewall>>
