Please send exactly that as the subject as I'm having them
filtered into an inbox over here. State in the message
the following:

live or digest list (or both)
whether you want to be removed from the lists you're on now
- if you want to be removed, which list is it that you're
on now and is it live or digest

The new list will be active on Monday, everyone who joins it
will receive complete instructions, our FAQ and our charter
as the the first posts.
