Subject: Next step after blasting?

I just sandblasted my '56 this afternoon. I used a commercial blaster w/
fine sand. The metal now is quite rough but clean. What grit of sandpaper
should I use to smooth out the metal? Is there a certain type of primer I
should use to fill in the scrathes. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been lurking and am now trying to expedite the work on the frame of my
47 panel.
I also need a good (easy?) way to remove the spring perch bushings.I know
this is the place with the info.
I am also looking for the bolt on front shock mounts from a 53-56 (?) I am
told they will work on my frame. Anyone out there that has gone IFS and has
these laying around? Please contact me by e-mail, I will purchase. Thanks for
all the FTE help and entertainment. Thanks Ken!

Just cleaning out the garage and found a window regulator from our 52.
I can't remember which side it is for though. The small gear that
connects to the handle is broken but the spring is still there and
nothing looks to be bent. It is free to who ever e-mails me first.
The only thing is that who ever wants it pays shipping.
