New wiring harness, have power thru the ign switch, but nothing at the circuit breakers on the back of the gauges. The terminal is labeled "bat", but no power with key on or off. I think that this should be hot all the time, since it appears to feed the headlight switch. Where would this power come from? The wires at this terminal are large and yellow. Could the problem be inside the harness? Randy Selby Too bad you can't see electrical leaks! ------------------------------ From: "Randy Selby" Subject: Oil Filter Date: Sun, 14 May 2000 12:22:21 -0500 Can anyone recommend a good remote oil filter kit for my '50 flathead? Where is the best place to mount the filter head? Thanks. Also, front springs (reverse eyes, new poly liner) for a '53 - '56. I will also have a '56 steering box as soon as I acquire a late model steering column! Looking for a Ford pickup tilt column (78 or 79) with the key on the dash.
