I have finally obtained a trooper tank for my 53- I was wondering if someone
who has done this swap would answer some questions- I have read the article
but am trying to avoid problems and save time- what sending unit did you
use- can you use the one on the trooper?- if you don't want to raise the bed
do you use spacers to drop the tank below the bottom frame rail? did you use
the same cross member and just move it to the rear ( it curves toward the
bed) or make a new one that is flat? where did you mount the vapor cannister
from the isuzu? thanks larry
