Be careful in selecting a Blazer frame, as the whelbase is likly to be way less
than you'd like for a pickup. The '39 is probably something like 112 inches or
so, and I wouldn't dare guess what the underside of the Blazer frame looks like,
but I'm willing to guess it would be different than a pickup
