Regarding my 1991 302 motor,,,,I noticed little water droplets on the
dipstick and there is moisture in the vent tube from the valve cover to the
air box. Is my head gasket gone?? The oil does not appear to affected in
any way. Thanks in advance for the help.

It is possible the water is a result of simple condensation which developes
water droplets when the engine is used for short duration driving. It takes
about 20 miles of continuous use to generate enough heat to "boil" the water
out of the system. Is the engine used for short duration trips? If not, it
may be time to use a pressure tester on your system to see if the leak can
be found.
