Subject: FTE Pre48 - 1937 truck

My dad just gave me a 1937 3? (I think) ton truck. This is the first
ford truck I have ever (All the other trucks are IHC's) owned and was
hoping that the members of the list could send me some leads or info
about this truck. It used to be a fire truck in Colorado but has since
been stripped of it tanks. I am planning to make a flatbed out of it
and restore it stock. Anything anyone can offer will be appreciated!

I am trying to restore a 1946 v8 truck. I need some information:
1. The aluminuim bits on the bonnet, are they body-colour or polished?
2. Where can i get an airfilter for the truck?
