Subject: FTE Pre48 - 40-47 1/2 ton rear fenders

I need some rear fenders for 40-41 1/2 ton pickup, but they are hard to
find. I think it will be easier to find some for the 42-47. Does
anyone know the difference between 40-41 1/2 ton pickup rear fenders and
those on the 42-47? I know there is no gas filler hole on the 42-47. I
also believe the side panels on the pickup beds are identical. Is there
a difference in the notch for the spare?

Hey!

I was beginning to think I was the only one out here.

I've got a 46 that I've had since I was in the 6th grade. It needs
everything, but I've got it under cover so it's not getting too much
worse. I just bought a 77 F150 with a 460. I'll need to do a little
work on it, but, hey, I needed something to haul parts for the 46!!

I'd love to hear some comments from others with 42 - 47's.
