Subject: FTE Pre48 - Need info on suppliers

Hi,

I'm getting ready to start on my '36 pickup, and need some help with
suppliers, aftermarket will probably do fine for me, I'm planning a mild
upgrade, IFS, 5.0, etc, so originality isn't important.
My main concerns will be for emblems, weather stripping, fender welt, stuff
that like that.

Subject: FTE Pre48 - 37 Ford Flat Bed

I am looking for some information on the 37 1/2 ton flat bed. This truck
was not produced in great numbers. It had the pick-up bed replaced by a
platform with stake sides. I am wondering if any restorers would know what
Ford did the the spare tire which on the pick-up went on the right side.
Also any ideas on how they handled the gas tank. Later versions (1939)had
the tank in the cab under the seat. Did the 37 do this too?
