One of Mr. henry's better ideas, these front mounted beasts used a special fixture for off-vehice adjustment, then install on the engine. A conventional distrubitor machine is no good, because the thing is a vacume brake set-up without a centrifugal advance plate. As I understand it the main issue is sequenceing of the two point sets for the correct dwell angles. I've seen pictues of the device, but the same photo said hard or imposible to come by.
