3speed to 4 speed

Subject: 3speed to 4 speed

I have a '79 F100 with a 300 6 cylinder in it.  The transmission that is in
the truck at present is a 3 speed manual like the one that came on the truck
from the factory.  Any of you familiar with this transmission (and any
3-speed for that matter) know the space between second and third is huge.
The truck could really use a gear right between second and third.  Are there
any 4-speed manual transmissions out there that will bolt to my bell-housing?
