I'm putting a 460 in a '53 with a volare front clip... Sanderson says they have a model to fit. They didn't fit, but they were great to deal with. I called on a Sat and they were closed. A women answered the phone and said since she was there to come on down and look at them. She then let me take the headers home to see if they would fit. When they didn't she took them back without a pause. Nice people. The problem was they'd fitted the headers without a windage tray or oil pan on the test motor. Very high quality. That's a great story about them being open on saturday, you just don't get customer service like that. And when you do, people need to know about it. That's service that I would pay for, gladly. Also, doesn't Vintage Ford offer a Volare/F100 header?
