Now to answer some questions.... Have you broken the one you have yet ? Nope, not yet, I have only put her to the wood twice, and I had to back out to resume control....lol....but when I hit 2nd.... .It felt real nice and solid... What gears are you runnin ? 3.89 Have you called a driveline shop? yes i have, they said to stick wiht the two peice, they also sai dwith that long of a shaft, I am askin for problems I don't remember where the shaft slides, before the bearing, or through the bearing? The shaft coming from the C6 goes through the carrier and the shaft from the 3rd member slides onto the one from the C6 . That Cobra Jet puts out some serious torque and if you hook it all up with some meats and a big ol' long driveshaft that's a little bit out of alignment.... eeek. Knock on wood...lol Well, I think that answers all of the questions, I did not think about using a cheaper tire, that is a very point. I think I will leave the slicks at home and use the cheaters. Maybe save the slicks for when I finish the rear suspension and make myself some kind of traction bar. Hey thanks again guys for all of your useful input. Heads that can breath very well can make a tremendous difference, make sure though, that you match up your cam with your head work. My heads ended up flowing 273 on the bench. Ya it was expensive, but where does it stop??????? :) Corbin 72 F-100 428 SCJ ------------------------------ From: malisada29 Date: Sat, 4 Nov 2000 05:11:31 -0800 (PST) Subject: Yahoo!
