"Looking for the road less-traveled" sometimes leads to answers....

As always, another 2.9L owner looking for more power.

I haven't done a lot of research into this, but it looks like this
could be a good alternative to the 'usual' 302 swap.  I've got
access to at least 3 of these motors as well as the T-Bird's
electronics as donors.

It appears that this engine 'should' fit without major hassles, but
I haven't done a lot of measuring or verifying  yet.

Subject: Auto Manuals

To let you guys know I got a set of shop manuals and owners manuals for
both of my trucks a couple of weeks ago.  I got them from LLoyds Auto
Literature here is their site http://www.ford-trucks.com//lc/lc.php?action=do&link=http://www.lloydsautolit.com/.  For
everything including sipping it cost me around 350.00, the 74 shop
manuals, both owner's manuals and all but one of the 77 shop manuals are
all original and one is a reprint.  All in all I think it was a great
deal, the people where awesome and they even 3 day aired the stuff to me
no extra charge.
