Well I'm not a guru by any stretch, but I'll pass on my $.02 ...

Have you changed out your cam or anything like that ? Still on a stock cam
? How about a mass air conversion ?

You really need to size the injector based on your motor's requirements ...
there are formulas and such out there, but really you shouldn't need more
than one size over stock, if that, depending on how many rev's you want to
pull (19lbs stock I"m assuming, so you'd want to jump to a 24lb likely) ...
no matter what you do for these injectors you will need to have a "chip"
that knows which of these injectors you're using ... using an injector that
is more efficient, or oversized could result in a rich running condition ...
no matter which way you go on those injectors you will need to get it tuned,
preferrably on a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor... depending where you are
in the country this may be extremely accesible or not ...

Asking on the list is a good way to find out about the injectors themselves,
but for your application your best bet for finding what works is contacting
a tuner.

Just my $.02

New injectors sound like a resonable next step to me... As long as you have
opened up the breathing on the truck (i.e. headers, aftermarket intake,
etc...) The injectors will make a major difference.... The K&N filter will
help some, as will the flowmaster, but without headers and a bigger (or
ported) intake you may not notice much...
