Subject: FTE Perf - Spring Wrap Up

What is spring wrap? How do you tell if you have it or not?

I am driving a 1988 BII with a 3" James Duff VR lift. I have JD dual
shocks on the front, and poly bushings everywhere. I have a new rear
differtial, and a new double cardigan U joint drive shaft. 5 speed
manual transmission. 31" BFG A/T tires...

I see some traction bars for sale in different places. I see many lifted
fords, some with trraction bars, most without. What's the difference?
What will I notice with or without them?

The leaf springs that I have now are of the factory four leaf variety,
with the fifth leaf addedd for lift, totalling five leaves.
