Hi Tom, It is very true. Ford was a member of United for over 20 years. We had the same point of contact the entire time. He really believed in United! Ford went through a major reorganization. Our new points of contact seems to only be Voice Mail. I do not think this guy really exists. Now, there has been a bit of undercurrent, that may indicate they are again interested in us. I was sorry to hear that, they've always been professional and courteous and never pushy. After 10 years, they replaced my spark plug wires sight unseen for just the cost of the shipping. They also replaced a mileagemaster unit that was out of warranty for 7 years with a better unit for about half list price. I was happy because they didn't have to do anything. I hope the person you dealt with has been fired by now because that has not been they way they have operated in the past. Last time I dealt with them was about 3 months ago..... If this doesnt change their customer service, nothing will. I personally have the Jacob's nitrous mastermind, a great piece, and I had to call them regarding the wet box and directions that came with it. They sent me out a new unit, no questions asked. That's probably a shade narrow tire for that rim, but as long as its up to pressure I don't think it would hurt the wandering tendancies ... you've replaced a couple of parts already, any signs of the others being worn as well ... I've found most of the time that the culprit is a worn ball joint or tie-rod ... I think i got water down the engine once i went through deep water and the engine would not start but after 3 days of going out there and cranking it finally started and ran bad for about 1 hour and ran fine for about 2 months then it started pinging the day after I put the headers on would that have anything to do wiht it?? please help the headers do have bad leaks in the gaskets would that cause it??....
