Subject: FTE Perf - Electric Fan Suggestion

Hey guys,
I was wondering what electric fan I should consider for my truck.
Anyone else switch? What brand(s) did you use? How did you wire up the
relay(s)? What size did you use? I wouldn't want to get a fan that dosen't
flow as well as my stock fan does. With my body lift on the way, and knowing
there will be a cooling problem because of the interference with the shroud,
the electric fans seem a simple solution to a simple problem. I was going to
eliminate the factory fan anyway, but just not this soon.

Thanks,

Joe

Does anybody have experience with 4100 Autolite carbs? I overhauled one
for my 52 F1 and it runs real rich even with idle mixture screws turned all
the way in. The floats and the secondaries are set according to the
instructions but it still loads up real bad at idle. I tried a different
carb. and it runs fine so the ignition isn't the culprit.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Dave
