I AM DOING AN MOTOR SWAP ON MY 87 F-150. I AM PUTTING A 98 LIGHTING MOTOR AND
COMPUTER IN IT. I WAS WONDERING IF THE 351 WOULD BOLT UP TO MY C6 TRANS.. I
DONT KNOW IF THE DESIGN OF THE 351 WAS CHANGED THROUGH THE YEARS

Uhm, I think we have some other issues... 98 F150's are modular motored ...
the 5.8L Lightning is 93-95 only, and the 99+ Lightnings use 5.4L Supercharged
motors which are completely different from the 5.8L ...
The 5.0 and 5.8 used the same bolt pattern all the way through is my understanding,
only the early 260/289's used a different pattern for the bellhousing ...
